UIL Physical Form
All winterguard members must have a physical on file with Reedy High School. If they are currently a band, colorguard, or athlete they should have this form already turned in. If not, they will need to have a physical turned into Mr. Martinez by January 15, 2024. Here is the link to form needed to be filled out by parents and a medical professional.
Volunteer (Background Check)
If you would like to volunteer for any colorguard events, you must have a background check on file for the 2023-2024 school year
